Banned List
1. White Wine
I have never liked White Wine and I will only drink Champagne if it is from Champagne or a really nice drop. Piccolo's of Yellow are OK when you are 15 but if you are going to drink Champagne to appreciate it lets uncork the good stuff Ladies. So it was with great surprise and warm fuzzy feelings that I discovered the Marlborough region of New Zealand, specifically the Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc, not too long ago over Sushi lunch with my Culinarily Gifted Mother. So on the days when beer just isn't doing it for me I have been tending to favour a Cold Glass of White, which is fine as long as you don't drink the whole bottle. Yesterday I drank the whole bottle and then some and now I feel like shit. White Wine is on the Banned List. If I can't drink Veuve I shant drink at all.
2. Cigarettes
I have always been a Smoker, I quit May 2007 and was really good for a while there. Stress, White Wine and general lack of willpower has seen me start to smoke again. Not too much and only when I'm drunk but still even when I do it I don't even like it that much anymore. Not only do you smell bad, kill yourself and wake up feeling like you ate a bowl of rocks but they are expensive. Fuck Smoking (Alex take note) It' fucking Rank. Cigarettes are also on the Banned List.
3. Chocolate
I don't know what it is about exercising but this whole doing an hour of Body Combat a week seems to trick my brain into thinking I am some exercise lord that can eat whatever she likes. I have been eating a stupid amount of Chocolate lately as there is a nice man that fills up the Vending Machine at work that gives us mass boxes of 'reject' chocolate that is broken. Boost Bars and Chomps are the reigning favourites but sadly they do nothing good for my skin or hips and must join Cigarettes and Wine on the Banned List. Peanut MnM's are OK because they are technically Nuts, which are healthy and full of fantastic Oils.

I heard that after a hard-core workout you can eat crap food for a certain amount of hours immediately after and it's ok!
Don't know if it's totally true but makes sense right? I'm inclined to believe it, the guy who told me used to be fat and is now pretty skinny, guess it worked for him.
60% Koko Black chocolate (or any brand, but it's only KB for me) is fantastic. The higher the %, the better for you (it's science!) and a little goes a long way. Stock up!
we might be shit at a lot of things... but wine and spirits seem to be some of the things were realllly good at... along with lord of the rings
hehe yumyum
