I have loved iGoogle for a long time, mainly because I am an Uber Nerd who;
Doesn't know her way around, Google Maps
Buys everything online, Currency Conversion
Misses Miglet's Vocabularic Education, Dictionary.com's Word of the Day
Wishes she was in New York, Google Weather for Melbourne & NYC
Wonders what Time it is Everywhere, World Clocks
Likes knowing things in Summary Form, Wikipedia Search
And finally likes to pretend she remembers all her French & Spanish language schooling, Google Translator
I've been rocking the Tetris theme for ages because it has pretty colours and I am an Uber Nerd, however I just noticed lately that a bunch more Fashion related Artists have since started to contribute to iGoogle for Artist Themes, namely Oscar De La Renta, Stella McCartney, Michael Kors, Gucci, Burberry, Anna Sui and Herve Leger to name a few.
Despite the allure of a Bandage Dress horizontally placed on an all too skinny female across my desktop I have gone for the stylings of Gnarls Barkley (again mainly for the pretty colours). If you haven't got onto this yet you should, it is the easiest way to appear super smart in a limited period of time.
In other news my Claw Money package arrived today, which means grabbing a Bikini and pretending to be P Diddy in the 90's in these Claw babies. Pictured below is the lovely Claudia herself at the recent Pony launch CC told you about. Check MISS Crew out for all the details.
And whilst we're on the topic of non related iGoogle stuff and Miss Crew, whilst stumbling around their blogland they let me know that MIA's clothing line is now available online from her webstore. I am a big fan of MIA but a Tee for $75US is pushing it. Especially when its an African all overprint that is now Available, albeit slightly more subdued, at American Apparel.
But in a clothing land I love, Married to the Mob and Missbehave threw an absolute killer (looking) party to kick off Fashion Week on September 11. They had Uffie, Radio Rose (Around the Way Girls) and The Misshapes provide the entertainment, but as always all eyes were on Sweet 16 Sarah McSweeney. Hottest Bitch Ever. For a full list of photos keep checking out Mob Living or Village Slum has three whole sets to make us wish we were in New York!
Speaking of the Misshapes, it is no secret to those that know me that I am in love with Leigh Lezark. The long and short of it is that I want her haircut and in the mood I am in lately it may just be the right time.
No doubt you will be surprised to know that I have actually done quite a bit of work today. Now its off to Section 8 for some Sunshine and Hayley. Two of my favourite things.

I love how thoroughly trashy MTV shows are. No shame no game for the biggest perpetuator of the Reality TV Show Industry. One one hand you have solid gold with Flavour of Love, The Hills and Rob & Big, alternatively you also have A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila and Making the Band. It is clearly a double edged Sword.
But this absolutely has to take the cake. Whilst watching the latest Episode of the Hills (Season 4, Episode 7 'When Lauren's Away' {Yes I am 'lame' as Whitney would say}) I came across a show called Paris Hilton's My New BFF. Yes it is what it sounds like, Paris Hilton running through a group of Best Friend Wannabes and crowning one her new Best Friend Forever, elmination Bachelor style.

It is and has been Fashion Week time every where I want to be over the past few weeks. Most of the Designers have their cards on the table after showing in New York, London and currently Milan. Whilst the clothes have been amazing, there are some serious shoes going on for Fall, many of them in bright, vibrant and traditionally Summery Colours.
Of particular interest Miu Miu's Sculptured Platforms in Yellow and Chloe's Peep Toe Suede & Python Indigo Ankle Boots.
Whilst some have used Colour to dress up what has been a predominantly Dark, Grey and Ombre Fall, Stella McCartney has used Textile and Construction to make things all the more interesting.
Not surprisingly Marc by Marc Jacobs has some of my favourite items Fall has to offer so far, in some of the most outrageous colours out. This Houndstooth Electric Green Shift being my favourite so far.
Sonia Rykel bought a myriad of Warm Tones into a mainly Black collection with this explosion of a Knit Dress.
Malene Birger went for a more Dramatic Autumn tone with Silks in vibrant Violet hues.
As did Moschino Cheap & Chic (which actually isn't all that cheap) Violet & Black Tiger Print Shift makes me actually long for Autumn, Black Tights and Sky High Heels. I love a good Purple so I'm really excited for next Autumn when these trends start to filter down to our Climate.
Another favourite was pretty much everything at Oscar De La Renta, 50's Cinched Waists (perfect for those with Hips), focus on amazing Silks, Emboridery and beautifully Structured dresses and skirts. Flattering, Classic and Elegant.
And at Temperley London, where the mood was much more Tough Mod with a lot of 'Wet Look' fabrics in Black and Dark Hues. For a $40 Fix try American Apparels' Lame Leggings in Black or Navy.
And again with Sculpture, Draping and Fit, Bottega Veneta articulate this amazing Silk Creation in Anthracite.
So this all seems so far away as I sit here in my Pencil Skirt and Singlet but the knowledge that by the time is gets cold here again, this will all be half price, keeps me warmer than the Hole in the Ozone layer above Melbourne.

I was inspired by Sophs post to call out some more Aussie fashion lameness. I entered a comp for something a while back which means I get emails every second fucking day regarding "30 days of fashion and beauty!" which is some event going on all this month full of tantalising events such as Celebrity Slim Fast taste testing, Valley Girl styling workshop (haha i considered this for like 30 seconds) and more recently the HAWT Speedo/Cleo parade hosted by Australia's favourite home-wrecker whore Laura Bingle! Holy shit I had to post pics coz this shit looked soooo depressing. It's like Speedo didn't even try, speedo you are are sportswear don't try and make the crossover coz you will fail. You did fail. Witness the shitness...
Lookout fellas, coz there's a new hottie in town! Um seriously...who thought it was a good idea. so fucking gross!
HAHAHAHAHAHAH Throw on some chucks and a simple tote and your sporty one piece becomes an adorable "streety" unitard. Cmon Cleo, seriously! I know your readers are dumb shits but stick to what you know, fashion ain't it.
"How many married footballers cocks have you sucked in the last week Laura?" Laura has a good think.
Moral of this post is that this was a horrible horrible travisty of fashion and cross-promotion. In speedos defence I did pick the worst swimsuits haha some were passable but the whole thing looked totally embaressing. I can hardly wait to see what other gems come up in this festival.

Not so much 'the' question but certainly a question on my mind today. Not to sound like a broken whinging record but today really sucks and retail therapy would be awesome. I've had my eyes on these Ferragamo Varina flats for a while now.
There are one pair of Size 10's at David Jones Bourke Street, on sale for $390. So its still a bunch of cash but I am still a bunch of sad. If anyone would like to steal them I am happy to give them $175 straight cash. No box required. Go on Red Hots, you know you want to.
Similarly this amazing Chanel keeps getting passed in on eBay with Reserve Not Met. Sad as it would have been mine!
And this Vivienne Westwood has still not come down in price, $495 on Sale!
It think I'll just get some of these.

I skipped the Brownlow in favour of Jeremy Clarkson in Top Gear, I was not disappointed, but I did manage to catch a glimpse of some absolute shockers on the Red Carpet at the end of Today Tonight. Speaking of Today Tonight Anna Coren is such a fuckhead. Seriously kill your scriptwriter, breathe some life into your Wig like hair and move on with life.
Most of the regulars have got it down pat, Rebecca Twiggley (Chris Judd) and Lauren Phillips (Gary Abblett) looked demure, classy and not at all overdone in their little outfits.
However Carla McGuire, as always, looked like a Coture Train Wreck. Never has the saying 'Money Can't Buy You Taste' been more true.
In a similar vain were Amy Pollard (Luke Ball) and Shayne McClintock (Brent Harvey), sorry girls this is not the Year 10 Frankston Formal.
Alex Fevola (Wife of the ever classy Breno Favola) put the rest of your dress on.
And Katie Chivers (Brett Deledio) cover your Britney Up.
Reminiscent of of Jason Gram's armcandy, Kaiti Williams, who gets a mention for spelling Katie, Kaiti. Exotic.
Notable absentees were Tanya Buckley, she had just given birth to Dominic Buckley, future captain of Collingwood, and I'm sure didn't feel like hitting the tiles with Nath. However we can remember her stellar past efforts with this number.
I think overall there was less notable train wrecks this year, which is somewhat disappointing as its really the only good reason to watch the brownlow. Its boring when everyone looks ok. Ben Cousin's spiced things up by taking his Mum.
Congratulations to the winner, National Ranger Day every September 23rd!

Sometimes you don't need to head into the city to cause trouble, when you are lazy and there's a BBQ nearby, why not just pop up the road to your local?
Here are some flicks to help you all remember:
Now this is how you request a song:
Spooney meets the Mayorettes again and gets his i-lebrity shot (check out the head in the middle...what the f! It's coming out of Soph D's mouth! Spooky)

Cross blog love
OMG! I've seen you on the interweb! No Wai!
